The Villas at Sunset Lane is a very affordable 10-suite boutique hotel in Antigua, tucked away on a lush hillside overlooking one of Antigua’s most scenic beaches – Dickenson Bay.
The hotel is owner-run by an English lady Jackie, who ensures all guests are well looked after. If you’re interested in cooking, Jackie sometimes organizing cooking lessons with local chefs.
The atmosphere is authentic, the service is intimate, the pool is enticing and cocktails are made fresh.
Deluxe and Premium Suites all have shared balconies and are smartly furnished. For families or groups of friends, there are some Two Bedroom Villas.
The Villas is not right on the beach but you can walk down a lane to the beach, about 1500 metres away.

Suites
Deluxe Suites (29 sq. m) offer contemporary-styled en-suites with partial views of the Caribbean Sea and access to a shared balcony.
Premium Suites (48 sq. m) offer modern luxuries. No two rooms are the same but they all offer more space than the Deluxe Suites along with privacy and sea views from the balconies.
There are also Two-Bedroom Poolside Suites which are fully furnished with separate private entrances, balconies and fully equipped modern kitchens, open space living and dining areas and private laundry facilities.
Cuisine
Jackie is very passionate about preserving her Caribbean Culture through its foods and cooking techniques.
Jackie does her part in telling the Caribbean culinary story to the world through her Caribbean-Fusion menus that she has lovingly created, much to the delight of guests.
Consequently you’re unlikely to feel disappointed with the cuisine at the Villas.
