Travelling to Grenada During Covid
Grenada is open for travellers from the UK. To ensure you have the most up to date information please follow the links to the FCO advice and the Visit Grenada Tourism Board's updates below.
You will be required to produce a COVID-19 RT-PCR Negative Test to enter Jamaica. This needs to be taken within 10 days of your flight from the UK.
Grenada is currently exempt from the UK FCO advice against all foreign travel. This means there is no advice against travelling to Grenada and no requirement to self-isolate on return.

What do I need to have before travelling to Grenada?
You'll need to have the PCR test within 7 days of departure.
You'll need to have health insurance, as always.
You will need to complete an accommodation form before departure.
Can I leave the resort?
You can choose to have a Covid test in Grenada after4-5 days of arrival. Presuming this is negative you'll be allowed to travel around. Otherwise you'll be required to stay within the resort.
In and out of the resort you will need to follow the local protocols - social distancing, wearing a mask if applicable , hand washing etc.
Do I need to wear a mask in resort?
You will be required to wear a face covering when traversing the property where they are likely to be in close proximity to staff and other guests.
For beach activities where physical distancing requirements are met, the wearing of a face covering isn't necessary.
What can I expect in Grenada?
All travellers are also subject to assessment by Port Health Authorities for signs and symptoms through a series of checks and the completion of a health declaration form on arrival.
You may be tested during your stay.
Two designated 'Resilient Corridors' have been set up in Jamaica, one along the north coast and one along part of the South West Coast, to encourage safe tourism practices in these areas.
You will be expected to remain in your resort unless you are staying in one of the 'resilient corridors' where many tourism attractions remain open.
What can I expect at the resort?
Only certified resorts are open for visitors. They will be adhering to standards required by the Central Board of Health and the Ministry of Tourism.
No activities deemed high-risk will be permitted, and there will be additional focus on sanitization, and the utilization of contactless technology.
Temperature checks may be given upon arrival.
